What Makes Jenny Perfect for Guiding this Program?​
With a background as a Certified Weight Loss Coach for almost a decade in addition to a skillset in Biofeedback, Hypnosis, and Reiki, Jenny has a deep understanding of body physiology as well as the human psyche. When she stepped away from traditional weight loss coaching at the end of 2021, she realized two things:

This week focuses on establishing baseline metrics using biofeedback and uncovering any disconnects between the mind, body, and soul

This week utilizes biofeedback to start regulating your nervous system so it can easily take in new information and create permanent changes
